The scope of Lease & Asset Management services covers all subjects during the lifetime of assets – mainly aircraft and engines – in the aviation industry. It starts with support during selection and acquisition phase and ends with assistance for part-out and reuse of serviceable parts and components.

In between, during the various stages of life many different events have to be handled, where our expertise can be beneficial to the different parties involved in the processes. This ranges from heavy maintenance visits, asset transitions, engine shop visits and many more. In the day-to-day operation the value of the asset has to be protected and the terms of the lease needs to be monitored and adhered to. 

All topics can be seen from two perspectives, the owner and the user side. It’s not a secret that there are different drivers and motivations on both sides, at the end the interests of both parties have to be leveled out and dealt with.

We certainly have a lot of expertise for all of these topics from the airline perspective and this is why our typical customers in this area are smaller operators with missing in-house expertise or capacity.
